Foreword
Those who eat honey from the comb —whether as individuals, families, churches, or nations—will become the head and never the tail, as stated in Deuteronomy 28:13. They will have a future and a hope that will not be cut off. Why is this so? Because the Word, the Bible itself, is Jesus Christ. Jesus is our everything above everything, our hope among hopes. With Jesus, there is no room for discouragement. Life itself becomes bright, as He, the eternal light, shines on us as our lamp.
This year, let us strive to understand and live by the deep mysteries of God! God said, “Abraham! This is what I will do, for I cannot hide it from you!” (Gen 18:17+), He revealed His hidden plans to Abraham before disclosing them to the world. Likewise, if we are blessed like Abraham, we must live with the same foresight. Look at how Noah obeyed God’s command to build the ark and was even informed of the day of judgment. Just as God revealed His secrets to Noah, we too must understand the hidden mysteries of God, for the coming of the Son of Man will be like the days of Noah.
Let us pray like this: “I have eaten honey, even from the honeycomb. O God, do not turn away from me or pass me by. I earnestly pray and desire that every time I read and believe Your Word, the work of understanding would be granted through grace by the Holy Spirit.” I am confident that as we pray and believe in this way, we will experience the fulfillment of these promises.
Let Us Receive the Blessing of Unending Hope for the Future
